Information Related To Data Collected For Our Clients

Service Provider Collection And Use

RampedUp collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. RampedUp works with its Clients to help them provide notice to their customers concerning, the purpose for which personal information is collected. Service Provider, Sub-Processors/Onward Transfer

Access to Data Controlled by our Clients

RampedUp has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the RampedUp’s Client (the data controller). If the Client requests RampedUp to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.

Data Retention

RampedUp will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed provide services to our Client. RampedUp will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Tracking Technology

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use session ID cookies within our platform. We link the information we store in cookies to personally identifiable information you submit while using our service. However, session ID cookies expire when you close your browser.

If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some areas of our site will be limited.

We use our third party tracking-utility partner to gather certain information automatically and store it in log files when you use the service. RampedUp may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by RampedUp affiliates, agents or service providers. This Site may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers, and how our users use and interact with the Service. How We Use Information

If you provide personal information for a certain reason, we may use the personal information in connection with the reason for which it was provided. We use your personal information to provide you with access to your account, contact you or respond to questions about your account, resolve any problems you may have, send you reminders, better understand our users, and ask you for your feedback on how we can improve our Service. We tie personal information you provide to us to cookies. RampedUp uses cookies for user convenience. Testimonials

We post customer testimonials/comments/reviews on our web site which may contain personally identifiable information. We do obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. Our Web site offers publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them.

Social Media Features and Widgets

Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site.
