Kick Starter is a sales onboarding tool that takes the guessing out of ramping up; from both the New Hire and the Sales Leader perspective. The new seller enters their start date and manager’s email address into the system so a tailored Onboarding Plan is produced. Each day the new seller and the sales leader are emailed with a list of task to complete that are mirrored inside of the tool. The tasks can be linked out to other tools or websites for ease of use. The seller denotes the completion of the task and is available for review with the sales leader.
New Hire Progress Report. Sales Leaders can gauge the effectiveness of the sales onboarding process through our New Hire Progress report on the Users tab. We expose the amount of time it takes to onboard a new seller, how far they are through the process, and their time to first deal. The completion task bar is mirrored for every new seller in the kick starter program so sales leaders can gauge relative progress for their class.
