RampedUp provides business insights of the employee / employer nature with consumer attributes as an added layer. Our data is sourced from the public web, global by design, and highly accurate due to the frequency of updates. There are four possible ways to consume the data:
- User Interface - Our platform works on a credit system. A user can preview data within the application at no charge, but a credit is decremented for each contact or company record downloaded. We integrate with Zapier and offer a Single Sign On with Salesforce.
- Flat File - We manage US and Global contact data files available with Monthly or Quarterly updates. We offer Company and Technographic files in this format as well. For our most recent counts, download the data dictionary.
- API - RampedUp offers 16 different API end points with the same functionality found within the app for List Building and Data Appending. A popular use case is embedding our API's for phone number and email address appending in real-time. The API docs can be found here.
- RampedUp iNspector - The Chrome Extension allows users to view email, phone, and address details to contacts and lists found on their social connections
Data Appending: The user uploads a CSV into our system, and we provide additional details and insights.
- Contact Data: Contact Data Appending returns publicly available contact and company data, flags outdated contact records and updates the records with the new employer. Key fields provided are email address, employer, job title, and phone number.
- Company Data Appending performs a waterfall process to append company-level data. Starting with our unique ID (RUID) and working down to Company Name, the waterfall will use location data to pick the most appropriate record if more than one record has the same attributes. This helps our customers fill in white space for industry, phone, address and update employee count and revenue attributes.
- Email Validation is a proprietary product that tells our customers if their email addresses can be delivered successfully. This service was created to provide insight into email addresses that cannot be validated by traditional techniques. As an example, over 50 percent of all email addresses cannot be validated through SMTP validation, so we take additional steps:
List Building: The user selects certain attributes to create a tailored list from one of three databases
- Contact: A user can select from over 60 fields of personal, professional, social, location-based, or firmographic data points to build a custom list of contact records. Users can also set up job change notifications to be notified when new contacts are added to the database that meets their saved search criteria. Our contact database is updated nightly, so this feature is very popular.
- Company: A user can select from over 25 fields of firmographic, technographic, hierarchical, location, or funding-based data points to build a custom list of companies. Users can take a deeper dive into a Business by viewing its Battlecard - which consolidates all we know about the company in 6 tabs.
- AI Alerts: Our AI Agents monitor 100+ News Sources for intelligence on New Hires, Funding, M&A activity, and more. Users can set up email notifications to be alerted when their prospects, competitors, or customers are making news headlines.
