User interface
Credit-based, with a Zapier integration for contact data appending and Salesforce single sign-on.
Flat file
US or global contact and company data, updated monthly or quarterly. Every field is listed in the Data Dictionary.
API
List building, appending and lookups — the common case is embedding phone and email appending in real time. See the API documentation.
Extensions
Two Chrome extensions: Web iNspector for contact detail on a corporate website, and Linked iNspector for a social profile.
Credits, and when they are spent
Contact credits are decremented after records are downloaded into a CSV or imported into Salesforce — not when a search is run. Customers cannot exceed their contact credit allocation.
Email validation runs in real time as a list is built. Where an address fails validation the recipient email is not populated, and you are not decremented a credit for it.
A Corporate Family preliminary scan consumes zero credits, so the size of a tree can be checked before any commitment.
