- Allow individuals to Opt-Out of having their data on RampedUp systems

- Implement ongoing training for employees on the ethical use of AI in public data intelligence gathering.

- Limited access to AI data tools based on project scope

Risk Management

- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues related to AI use in public data analysis.

- Develop contingency plans for addressing any hallucinated, incorrect, or inaccurately associated data

- Regularly review and update this policy to reflect changes in AI capabilities, public data availability, and governing laws.
