Data Appending

 Contact Data Appending can be found in the User Interface or API to complete or update your contact data. By using the RampedUp Data Appending API to call our database with your contact email address or email list. RampedUp will return the most recent, publicly available data about that individual or group. 

Contact Data Appending flags outdated contact records and updates the record with the new employer. This process allows you to locate former customers and continue the business relationship at their new company. It will also help you remove records that are no longer viable – even if email validation isn’t giving an indication that the person left. 

1. Standardization: RampedUp provides standard industry, title, department, and level to better understand your contacts.
2. Enrichment: We provide up to 60 fields of data to help fill in the white space with rich contact data attributes.
3. Deduplication:  You may have the same person in your database under different email addresses or no email address at all – we can help provide a unique ID to merge these records.
4. Digital Advertising: Take your direct marketing online with fields designed to be accepted by platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.

 Company Data Appending takes the inputs below and performs a waterfall process to append company-level data. Starting with our unique ID (RUID) and working down to Company Name, the waterfall will use location data to pick the most appropriate record if more than one record has the same attributes.
