RampedUp will build certain aspects of a list that may require a queue. Additionally, a validation process for email addresses may take some time as well. Please allow for 24 hours per list.
RampedUp will validate email addresses in ream-time to ensure you are getting the most accurate data. If the recipient email address is not populated, then it failed validation and you will not be decremented a credit.

Contact credits are decremented from your account after downloading them into a CSV file or importing them into Salesforce.com. Customers cannot exceed their contact credit allocation and must contact RampedUp for additional credits.
RampedUp uses data from publicly available sources including career sites, social media, corporate websites, and press releases. We provide source information for our records.
As a data controller, opt-in consent cannot be transferred to our customers (processors.) We do not provide the consent of these individuals to receive any solicitation and any communication to these individuals is done so at your own risk. Please abide by the laws governing the individuals you are soliciting.
We make the option to be removed from our database easy: https://basic.rampedup.io/app/donotsell Once we confirm the individual wants to be removed, we first remove the person from our database and notify via email all the customers that have downloaded the record of their obligation to remove the individual from their database.
This field in Data Appending will identify if the contact still works at the location you have for the email address. The process is simple, we verify that the most recent company or email address is the same as the one you submitted into our system for validation.
We recommend a 24 hour turn around time or 1 second per contact record.
No – we do not add our customers data in our database. All of our data is linked back to the web source.
Free Email Validation is a process that matches input email addresses to RampedUp's cached email validation repository. Our repository database consists of over 2.8 Billion signals of SMTP Negotiation, Directory Authentication, Web Sourcing, and Email Delivery Results. We add nearly 5 million validation signals a day from both our in-house and partner network.
Free Email Validation also identifies Role Based, Catch All, and Personal email addresses based on syntax - even if they aren't matched. Lastly, we provide an IP Address to indicate Email Delivery, a Web Source Link to identify a Web Source, and an inferred First Name and Last Name to identify a Naming Pattern.
As an additional service, we can reprocess email addresses with older validation dates or validated ones that were not matched. The additional validation decrements one credit per email address. Read more here.
