As a small, cloud-based SaaS company, our direct environmental footprint is relatively low, but we are committed to minimizing our impact. We favor digital workflows, e-signatures, and online collaboration to reduce unnecessary printing and single-use materials. Where feasible, we prioritize cloud providers and vendors that demonstrate strong environmental practices and encourage energy-efficient setups for both home and office workspaces.
We seek to reduce travel-related emissions by favoring video conferencing over travel whenever possible and, when travel is necessary, combining trips and using lower-impact options where practical. We periodically review our environmental practices and look for reasonable opportunities to further reduce our footprint over time.

RampedUp aims to be a safe, fair, and inclusive place to work and a responsible partner to our customers and community. Governance Commitments
RampedUp is committed to strong governance as a foundation for a trustworthy SaaS business. We comply with applicable laws and regulations in the markets where we operate and prohibit bribery, corruption, and improper payments to any third party. This is documented in our ant-corruption policy. We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data we process, and we follow documented policies for access control, data handling, incident response, and vendor due diligence.
Overall responsibility for ESG is assigned to the CEO and managers are expected to lead by example and promote this policy within their teams. ESG-related risks, including those related to data privacy, security, workforce, and vendor practices, are considered as part of our overall risk management. Where material risks are identified, we implement appropriate controls and corrective actions.
We are committed to transparency in our public statements, marketing materials, and communications with customers and partners. We strive to be honest and accurate in our representations and will provide ESG-related information to customers and stakeholders upon reasonable request.
Reporting Concerns
Employees, contractors, and partners are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this ESG Policy or related policies to their manager or to the CEO. Reports will be taken seriously and investigated in good faith. RampedUp prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises concerns in good faith.
Review
This ESG Policy will be reviewed at least annually, or sooner if there are significant changes to our business, regulatory environment, or stakeholder expectations.
