Saved Searches and Notifications in Contact List Building

RampedUp allows for Saved Searches and Email Notification when New Contacts are found that fall within the Saved Search parameters.

RampedUp provides the ability to save the search criteria within Contact List Building so the action doesn't have to be repeated in the future.  There is no limit to the amount of Saved Searches or Notifications. Simply push the "Save New Search" button.    Import Search Criteria - RampedUp provides the search parameters of every list submitted in Contact List Building and is available the VIEW DOWNLOADS section.  Users can download the search criteria and upload it into the IMPORT SEARCH CRITEREA to recreate the search.  This functionality is helpful to share saved searches amongst a team.    View Saved Searches - All Saved Searches can be viewed here with the following fields
  • Filter Saved Search - Keyword Search to find the Saved Search of your choice.
  • Name - The Name of the Saved Search 
  • Last Searched - The Date the last time the Saved Search was used. 
  • Email Notification - If checked, the system will email the user when there are new contacts that fall within the Saved Search parameters. 
    • This feature is used for New Hire Notifications.  RampedUp updates the database every day with contacts that have announced a job change. By selecting Email Notification - the user will receive emails notifying them of job changers within their search parameters. 
  • Action - The functionality to delete the Saved Search
