Before we look back at 2025, a quick snapshot from this month’s deliverable. In December, 251,224,704 records were updated and we added 399,666 mobile phone numbers. Those figures matter because they reflect something bigger than scale they reflect the operational cadence we’ve built for fresh data and growth in key fields.
Here is the Data Dictionary for your review.
With that as context, here is what materially changed in the RampedUp product this year—focusing on product capability and workflow outcomes, not data-volume milestones.
Corporate Family Tree
Account intelligence breaks down quickly when subsidiaries, parents, and sister entities are treated as unrelated companies. This year, Corporate Family Tree became an explicit part of how RampedUp delivers company intelligence.
That matters because hierarchy is not a “nice-to-have.” It impacts lead routing, territory assignment, ABM segmentation, duplication control, and the way teams interpret buying groups across a corporate structure. By moving hierarchy into the product delivery itself, we made it easier for customers to build and maintain account views that match the real world.
Enhanced API's
Company Appending: a new endpoint designed to clean, standardize, and enrich company-level records at scale. Each append provides rich firmographic details to facilitate segmentation, lead routing, or ABM projects. Additionally, customers can view technographics, company hierarchy, and IP addresses from email opens for digital advertising purposes.
Company Alerts: Real-Time business intelligence when your customers, competitors, or top prospects are making headlines. RampedUp monitors 12 customized news feeds based on the 12 alert types we support. This helps us provide relevant, newsworthy content and omitting blogs or social media posts
Better contact discovery
In 2025 we strengthened how customers can interpret recency—specifically by introducing a web-sourced freshness indicator (a “last observed from web” concept). This is a deceptively important product change: teams can set more confident rules for prioritization, syncing, and outreach when they can distinguish “recently observed” signals from generic update timestamps.
Finally, 2025 reinforced a principle that has become core to RampedUp’s approach: the best contact intelligence often lives across a connected set of pages and sources, not in one perfect directory page.
We continued to invest in how RampedUp identifies and reconciles those connected sources so that contact records are more actionable—particularly for mobile phone discovery and scenarios where a person’s details are distributed across multiple web references.
As we move into 2026, the direction remains the same: deepen signal coverage, expand programmatic delivery, and continue tightening the loop between discovery, enrichment, and activation—so your GTM stack stays current without your team having to babysit it.
