This month, we updated 149,946,494 contacts and grew the database by 1,385,059 records. This milestone was achieved despite the fact we purged nearly 10 million records without a LinkedIn URL. In many ways, these were legacy records that were not being updated to our standards; however, we still have them in a separate file if you want them.

In the same effort, we have started the process of identifying LinkedIn URLs that are no longer active. Since this is such a valuable field for matching purposes, we are keeping the link on the contact record, but it will be flagged with the contact_linkedin_url_is_inactive field. That is a new field as of this deliverable.
With much of our efforts focused on data hygiene, we were still able to increase the number of records with a mobile phone by 503,440 and valid email addresses to 225,628. We didn’t really expect to see growth, but we did see 3,455,802 records flagged as a contact_recent_job_change, so that helped. We now have functionality within the application to Save a Search and receive notifications when a contact changes jobs and fits your search criteria. As for company data, we successfully scanned 37,860,088 websites this month while adding 154,921 new domains. As we continue to rely more on web sourced data to help complete and update our contact records, domain scanning will become more important. As an example, this month we were able to propose 3,618,763 professionals email addresses from web sources.
Lastly, we are ramping up production of Company data found on local, state, and federal filing sources. At the moment, this data is best viewed as a stand-alone asset until we can integrate it into our overall products. However, we are finding thousands of new company registrations every day.
