Our efforts in AI and Data Aggregation are paying off in the form of Real-Time Business Intelligence. We are happy to announce hourly monitoring for the Alert Types of Mergers & Acquisitions / Earnings, Performance, Dividends. While we have had these alerts within the database for some time, we haven’t had hourly monitoring or daily notifications.
This is the fourth Alert Type that we are monitoring on an hourly basis, joining Personnel and Funding Alerts. Personnel Alerts have fields unique to their type such as Contact Name and Contact Position and Funding Alerts have Funding Amount / Funding Event / Investors. Mergers and Acquisitions will not have the acquired company as field unique to its type but the acquiring company will be assigned the alert. Earnings will represent public companies and be mostly forward looking in terms of the announcement. The next two Alert Types queued for daily monitoring are Competitive Intelligence and Products & Services.
We have also revamped the Alert Date Range field so users can use a drop-down menu instead of a calendar view. The system has also been upgraded to allow users to apply credits to download alerts. As always, however, to view and query the Alerts database doesn’t cost any credits.
Regarding Personnel Alerts, we are currently in process of purposing this data for real-time updates within the Contact Database. That would mean that most of the Personnel Alerts data would be reflected in the Contact Database and assigned the appropriate contact and company RUID. The contact will have a new Last Updated Date / Job Title / Job Start Date / Recently Changed Jobs flag / Professional Email Address as well as the firmographic details of the employer. This will be a daily process where we expect 10,000 to 30,000 records to be impacted.
