RampedUp uses a credit system in that credits are decremented from your account based on the number of people / company / alerts you download.
Contact credits are decremented from your account after downloading them into a CSV file or importing them into Salesforce.com. Customers cannot exceed their contact credit allocation and must contact RampedUp for additional credits.
