We are very excited to announce the delivery of our October flat files for Contact / Company and Technology data. In October, 274,920,472 contact records were updated from social media, corporate websites and press releases. Our efforts to identify job changers from these sources impacted nearly 2.5 million people flagged as a “recent_job_change.” That is a 36% increase over last month. We expect this trend to continue as we update 10,000 to 15,000 contacts per day through our New Hire Alerts platform. These records will have a job start date within 24 hours of the last updated date and can be identified / downloaded using the app or API if needed before a flat file delivery.

The October file will also show an increase in the number of personal email addresses and mobile phones, a trend that we expect to continue as we incorporate additional sources, AI analysis, and validation methods.
We are also validating 3 million email addresses per day, allowing for email addresses to be touched by our validation process at least once every 90 days. This process has helped us remove invalid records and increase the number of records with a VALID status. As a result, the total number of professional email addresses have decreased by roughly 8%, but records with a VALID status have increased by 2%. For October, 98% of professional email addresses will have a validation status.
Much of the uptick for data accuracy comes from our email exhaust partners providing email open intelligence from their delivery efforts. We are finding other purposes with this data in the form of “email_open_ip_scores” placed on the company record. This is aggregated data based on the frequency, recency, and exclusivity of email domains associated with IP addresses of the openers. We have derived an email_open_ip_scores to roughly 4 million companies in the company database.
Lastly, we are incorporating AI analysis to specific Alert Types to provide more in-depth information. As an example, Funding will not only share the round, amount, and series, but we will provide the investors as well. Mergers & Acquisitions will show both the acquiring and acquired companies. In both examples, this data will be available within the Alerts functionality, but like the New Hire Alerts above, will begin to populate the company records as well.
