July Product Update and Release Notes

· 3 min read

This month, RampedUp added 43,675,881 new records to the contact data file. We have exceeded the 1 billion milestone for the first time in our history. That includes an additional 335,962 contacts with a mobile phone, 14,397,873 with a professional email address and 5,689,685 with a personal email address.

The Data Dictionary can be found here!

We have instituted a new process to grow the personal email addresses, but the challenge is scale. Our new technology searches the web using the email address as the anchor looking for a professional profile from which to associate. The good news is that we have grown the field by 18 million this summer. The bad news is that we have already exhausted much of our available inventory of unassociated personal email addresses.

Although we have licensed several additional datasets and retooled our crawlers to expand coverage, sustaining this growth will require tens of millions of additional personal email addresses. We are therefore inviting select partners and customers to contribute personal email data for matching.

Participating customers will receive priority processing and can expect a near-immediate uplift in coverage for the records that matter most to their business. Contributed records will effectively skip the general processing queue, allowing participants to benefit directly from the resulting associations.

If your organization has a substantial volume of personal email addresses and would like to participate, please let us know. We would be happy to discuss the process, expected match rates, data-handling requirements, and delivery options.

Web Identity - RampedUp’s latest advancement in Digital Hierarchy

We are proud to introduce a new field to the Company Data set. The web_identity array provides a reliable way to connect a company’s historical, social, or anonymized web assets to its current corporate identity. Below is the array with definitions:

web_identity.canonical_url: Preferred URL designated by <link rel="canonical"> to prevent duplicate content and consolidate search rankings

web_identity.parked_domains: List of parked domains associated with the company due to expiration, resale, or inactivity

  • web_identity.parked_domains.last_resolved:Original domain name configured to redirect to a parked page
  • web_identity.parked_domains.redirected_to:Destination page or hosting URL where the parked domain resolves
  • web_identity.parked_domains.source: Most recent date the parked domain redirection was verified

web_identity.redirected_urls: List of known shortened URLs associated with the company

  • web_identity.redirected_urls.last_resolved:Shortened URL string (e.g., custom domain shortener or third-party service link)
  • web_identity.redirected_urls.redirected_to:Most recent date the shortened URL successfully resolved
  • web_identity.redirected_urls.source: List of redirected URLs indicating an underlying corporate affiliation or domain ownership

web_identity.shortened_urls: Origin URL prior to redirection

  • web_identity.shortened_urls.last_resolved:Destination URL resulting from the redirection
  • web_identity.shortened_urls.url: Most recent date the redirection was verified active

web_identity.social_platforms: List of official company presence links on multi-tenant third-party platforms

  • web_identity.social_platforms.domain: Domain name of the hosting platform (e.g., facebook.com, x.com, youtube.com)
  • web_identity.social_platforms.last_seen: Full URL to the company's profile page on the platform
  • web_identity.social_platforms.url: Most recent date the profile link was verified active

Redirects are particularly valuable because older domains often remain active after a company has been acquired, merged, renamed, or consolidated into a parent organization. This is especially important for marketers working with older contact and account data. A contact may still be associated with a former employer domain, an acquired brand, or a company name that no longer operates independently. Without redirect intelligence, those records may appear outdated, invalid, or disconnected from the current account.

DROP - California’s Delete Request and Opt-Out Platform

RampedUp is registered as a Data Broker with the California Data Broker Registration Number: 538248. In compliance with this registration, RampedUp is participating in California’s Delete Request and Opt-Out Platform, commonly referred to as DROP.

Effective August 1, 2026, DROP allows California residents to submit a single request directing registered data brokers to delete their personal information and prevent it from being sold or shared. RampedUp will access and process applicable DROP requests in accordance with the timelines and procedures established by the California Privacy Protection Agency.

RampedUp will compare the identifiers submitted through DROP against the personal information maintained within our systems. When a valid match is identified, we will delete or deidentify the applicable information, subject to any legal exemptions, and ensure that the individual is removed from RampedUp products, APIs, search results, and future data deliveries. We will also provide these individuals in our public opt-our listing.
