RampedUp is very excited to announce our May 2024 deliverables for contact, company and technology files. This month’s delivery shows a substantial increase in the number of VALID email addresses, contacts with a LINKEDIN URL and MOBILE PHONES.

We added three partners to our email exhaust program and invested in our own email authentication process to validate CATCH ALL email addresses. As a result, we grew our number of VALID email addresses by 11,486,881 this month.
We also brought on Brad Palmer as our VP of Data to help oversee our data quality initiatives and he has already made a substantial contribution. Specially, our MOBILE PHONE quality initiative helped us associate an additional 1,623,093 LinkedIn URL’s to records with a mobile phone and increase the overall total by 905,664 this month. Below are some examples of the project:
- We standardized our mobile phones in an E164 format.
- We ensured all mobile phones would have the same format as the contact’s country.
- All formats comply with country / area / exchange relationships.
- For countries that have dedicated area codes for mobile phones, we can identify the regional carrier.
We are also very excited to announce the improvements in our company database. We scanned 43,750,636 websites this month that provided an additional 173,245 PHONE NUMBERS. We also made a substantial investment in time and resources to our OWNERSHIP STATUS. Going forward in both our company and contact data sets, records that are labeled PUBLIC COMPANY will have the following fields sourced directly from the public filings:
- Ticker Symbol
- Stock Exchange
- Revenue (USD)
- Employee Size
- Market Cap
We have always incorporated public filing data, but now users can be assured that records denoted by the field type PUBLIC COMPANY will be sourced from public filings. The count of PUBLIC COMPANIES currently represents most of the businesses traded on NASDAQ and NYSE but will grow to represent other exchanges. Due to the effort, there are now just four fields in OWNERSHIP STATUS that reflect a PUBLIC COMPANY, NON-PROFIT, EDUCATIONAL, or GOVERNMENT entity.
